By using Roam Window, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter into these terms in your location.
Planning information, not a decision
Roam Window is an informational planning tool. It calculates dates from the information you enter and publishes general explanations of the Schengen short-stay rule. It does not provide legal or immigration advice, issue a visa, determine admissibility, or guarantee entry or length of stay.
You are responsible for checking your passport, visa, residence status, travel purpose, destination rules, and current official guidance. Border, consular, and immigration authorities make the applicable decisions.
Your data and account
You are responsible for the accuracy of dates you enter and for keeping your own backup. If you create an account, keep access to the email address secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not use another person's identity or account without permission.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- break the law or help another person do so;
- probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass service security;
- send spam or abusive content through forms or email features;
- copy or resell the service in a way that misrepresents its source;
- interfere with another user's data or access.
Optional paid services
Prices, billing period, included features, taxes, and cancellation terms are shown before checkout. The checkout provider may apply additional payment terms. Access can change after cancellation, refund, chargeback, payment failure, or fraud review. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and calculations accurate, but uninterrupted operation is not promised. Features may be corrected, secured, limited, or discontinued. We may suspend abusive or dangerous use. If a material paid feature is discontinued, applicable law and the checkout terms govern any remedy.
Intellectual property
Roam Window's code, design, writing, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Official EU materials remain the property of their respective institutions and are linked for reference. These terms do not grant ownership of the service or brand.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Roam Window is provided as available and without a promise that every result fits every legal or personal circumstance. We are not responsible for a border decision, missed trip, fine, booking cost, or other loss caused by relying on the service instead of current official advice. Nothing here limits a right or liability that cannot legally be limited.
